We cannot guarantee the weather so there is a possibility that you will get wet at some point.

Suitable footwear is a must, good solid trainers or boots will be vital.

No! If you select one of our 3 Day B&B Adventures or The Posh 3 Peaks your nights will be spent in one of our carefully selected local hotels or bed & breakfasts. However if you choose one of our original 3 Day Adventures then camping out under the stars will make up a significant part of your adventure and one that will likely stay with you for a long time. All of our campsites have shower and toilet facilities and you wouldn’t want to miss out on a drink around our roaring camp fire.

On most of our adventures a support van will carry all of your personal clothing and equipment, which will then meet you at camp or your accommodation. We will give you a waterproof rucksack to carry spare warm layers and snacks as well as anything you can’t do without. Isle Of Man and Sweden paddle adventures are self-sufficient... so your kit will be tucked away in your kayak!

The adventures are challenging, you will be trekking, cycling and kayaking for a number of hours often over hilly and challenging terrain. While we do not expect people to be athletes (this isn’t a race), you will need a reasonable level of general fitness. The weather may also present its own challenges and while we can provide you with a good set of waterproofs, you will need to bring along your own fortitude and determination.

You will be completing your adventure as part of a small group, we will try as much as possible to keep the group moving together and moving at the same pace. If for any reason you cannot continue with part of your adventure, our support van will be on hand to take you to the next meeting point or to camp.

Your guides will be with you throughout your adventure to offer support and encouragement. Our support van will also be on hand where possible to assist with any problems or emergencies.
