Below you will find a 'kit/medical/consent' form. It is important that you complete this as accurately as possible so that we can ensure your adventure runs as smoothly.
You will see that we have asked for information on your clothing sizes, this allows us to kit you out with the best possible equipment from our stores, hopefully in the perfect size.
It is important that you declare any medical conditions that you have as well as any existing injuries as this will allow our guides to offer appropriate support for your adventure.
We have also asked about any dietary requirements or preferences. Please let us know about these now so that we have time to prepare a delicious meal that you can enjoy.
